STATUS: PRIVATE ALPHA // RFC PHASE • FOUNDING COHORT 01 OPEN

Contract-enforced automation for mission-critical operations.

StrabedFlow replaces fragile webhook scripts and manual spreadsheet triage with schema-validated pipelines. Ingest messy invoices, reports, and payloads, enforce strict schema contracts, and flag exceptions for human sign-off before committing to your database.

Transparency note: StrabedFlow is currently in active architecture design and private alpha development. We are onboarding 50 technical design partners to shape the initial schema engine.
01 / The Core Problem

Why custom glue scripts fail in production

Most businesses operate on glue: Python scripts, Zapier webhooks, and manual spreadsheet checks linking external vendors to internal systems. When input structures change unexpectedly, the pipeline breaks silently.

Traditional Webhook Scripts

  • × No contract guarantees: Fails silently when a vendor adds an extra key or shifts dates from ISO-8601 to US format.
  • × Zero exception routing: Unparseable payloads crash worker queues or overwrite database records with null values.
  • × Alert fatigue: Engineers spend hours debugging edge-case payloads in log streams rather than building core features.

StrabedFlow Architecture

  • ✓ Schema-first enforcement: Every payload is validated against a strict JSON Schema before execution begins.
  • ✓ Human-in-the-loop review: Payloads violating confidence thresholds trigger 1-click review callbacks before writing.
  • ✓ Cryptographic audit log: Every transaction stores input source, parsed structure, review signature, and destination receipt.

How StrabedFlow handles workflow execution

The pipeline is deterministic. Unstructured data is extracted and validated against your schema contract. Only verified records reach your core database.

01

Source Ingestion

Receives raw input payloads from incoming webhooks, transactional email addresses, or cloud storage buckets.

// Ingested Input (e.g. Vendor Invoice PDF or webhook)
POST /v1/ingest/invoices
Content-Type: multipart/form-data; file="INV-2026-904.pdf"
02

Schema Contract Gate

Extracts structured data and verifies every field against your target JSON Schema specification.

// Schema Contract Validation
{
  "invoice_number": "INV-904", // ✓ string matched
  "amount_cents": 1425000,      // ✓ integer > 0
  "currency": "USD"              // ✓ ISO enum
}
03

Policy & Exception Engine

Applies reconciliation rules. If confidence is below threshold or variance exceeds limits, requests human sign-off.

// Rule: Reconcile with NetSuite PO-8821
PO_MATCH: variance = $0.00 → PASSED
APPROVAL_POLICY: amount < $25,000 → AUTO_APPROVED
04

Atomic Commit & Audit

Writes the validated record to destination database or ERP with cryptographic execution trace.

// Transaction Committed
DESTINATION: PostgreSQL // ledger_records
AUDIT_HASH: sha256:7f83b1657ff1... → COMMITTED
03 / Interface Contract

What you provide vs. what the system produces

StrabedFlow is built on explicit definitions. There are no black-box assumptions.

You Define:

  • 1. Ingestion Channel: HTTP Webhook route, Amazon S3 bucket, or dedicated inbound email parser.
  • 2. JSON Schema Contract: Required fields, types, regex patterns, and permissible value ranges.
  • 3. Review Policy: Thresholds that trigger Slack or webhook human sign-off (e.g. low OCR confidence, new vendor, amount > $5,000).

StrabedFlow Delivers:

  • 1. Normalized Data Stream: Strictly validated payloads guaranteed to match your database types.
  • 2. Exception Inbox: An isolated review queue for ambiguous records, preventing pipeline halts.
  • 3. Verifiable Audit Trail: Immutable log entry with source payload, schema version, and approval signature.
